M & L for isolation of the system, draining of existing compressor lubricant from compressor and filling new Synthetic oil, solest 120 including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for recharging/ topping up 134 a / R 22 gas as per requirement including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for removal and replacement of existing suction pressure transducer all as specified and directed. Make: MCS or equivalent

M & L for removal and replacement of existing temperature transducer all as specified and directed. Make : Danfoss/Setra or equivalents

M & L for removing and replacing of drier core existing liquid line filter drier including all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Sporlin/Alco/Danfoss or equivelant

M & L for removing and replacing of V belt (Each Set contains of 3 Nos)of AHU blower with new as per existing size including necessary alignment of pulley and shaft with tools required complete all as specified and directed. Make: Fenner / Dunlop/Delta or equivelant

M & L for removing and replacement of condenser water flow switch of existing model all as specified and directed

M & L for rewinding of chiller electric motor of cap 12.5 HP by dismantling and opening up of MOTOR AC, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, Squirrel cage Induction motor, removing burnt out winding wires complete, cleaning stator and rotor assembly, rewinding the stator with same gauge and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement of terminal blocks and terminal bolts and nuts, both end bearings with same size / make complete including necessary transportation to & fro upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 08 here-in-before but M & L for rewinding of condenser electric motor of cap 15 HP

M & L for Removal of existing pressure gauge along with siphon and cock and replacing with new dial type pressure gauge with range of 0 to 150 Psi, along with siphon and cock complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Waree/Wikai/Kains or equivalents

M & L for fabrication and fixing cooling tower motor safety guard with 6 mm GI mesh including all welding work at site and removing old deteriorated guard complete all as specified and directed

De-canning of refrigerant from chiller No 01 rectification of external leak, replacement of angle cock, vacuumising of the system, refilling of refrigerant and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Additional refrigerant if required shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Isolation of Condenser water pump motor power removal of existing star delta contactor and replacing with new 3TF34 , 32 Amps 3pole, 440V, 2NC NO and 230V coil contactor complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed. Make L&T/Siemens/Schneider or equivalents

All as per item No 14 above but of Chiller water pump motor contactor 3TF30 , 20 Amps all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Isolation of Power removal of existing single phase preventer, supply and replace with VSPD1 single phase preventer 440 V. complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Minilec/leader/Siemens or equivalent

M & L for expansion valve controller or MCS-EXV-Driver removal of existing old unserviceable one, supply and replace with Model No. EXV Driver Ver : UC-5011 supply voltage 110V-240VAC ±10% and Model Serial No UC/2K13J/EXV-029 complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Micro Control System/Siemens or its equivalent.

M & L in replacement of Power contactor of existing three phase suitable for motor disconnect with model No DMT02ATEXF001 or 3RV1021-4CA10, supply and replace with the same complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Minilec/leader/Siemens or equivalent

M & L in replacement of timer for setting time range 3-60 Second, rated voltage 240V, 50 Hz with model No 3RP15761NF308K, supply and replace with the same complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Minilec/leader/Siemens or equivalent

M & L for Removal of existing leakage portion of cooling tower bed alongwith necessary valves and water flow switch/nozzle and replacing with new parts like cooling tower bed/valves/water flow switch/nozzle complete incuding necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
