Banker Details

The bidder should have carried out at least 01(one) No. of Construction of Transmission Line/ Erection of Towers/replacement of conductor/Maintenance or rectification work of EHV Transmission lines of 66KV class or above voltage class on Total Turn Key, Partial Turnkey basis for the last five years in KPTCL/PGCIL/NHPC/NTPC/ any Govt., or public sector under takings in the last 5 years. Shall produce experience and performance certificate duly signed by competent authorities not below the rank of the Executive Engineer Electrical, which shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents shall be uploaded. For executing the above works the contractor should have the necessary skilled men with tools and tackles. List of technical staff and tools and tackles to be uploaded in Techno commercial sheets. The documentary proof of fulfilling the qualifying requirements in support of 3.2(b) shall be uploaded along with the bid. The Tenderer shall upload the P.O, LOI/LOA, DWA along with Work done Certificates, Performance Certificates issued by the end users not below the rank of Executive/Divisional Engineer along with the bid.

Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka.

The Tenderer/Bidder shall possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka

Litigation: The Tenderer shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any party or JV/Consortium partner may result in rejection of bid

The Tenderer/bidder should not have been Blacklisted/disqualified for non performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening. Then in such cases, the offer of the bidder will be summarily rejected

The offer of the Tenderer/bidder is liable for rejection in following cases- 1.Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE(T and P)/SEE Tr. Circle have issued notices in respect of ongoing works in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk and Cost clause and where the work is not completed/charged. 2.Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE(T and P)/SEE Tr. Circle have issued notices in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk and Cost clause and where the work is completed by KPTCL entrusting it to some other agency. 3.Wherein the works awarded by KPTCL to the Tenderer/bidder has been short closed invoking Clause Nos. 49.7 and 49.8 of Conditions of Contract (Contractors default) then the bidder shall not be eligible if such short closure has been initiated within 6 months prior to the last date of bid submission of this tender. Note- However, if the Tenderer/bidder after issue of Risk and Cost notice completes the works successfully and if the same is commissioned (before opening of the bid), in such cases the offer of the bidder would be considered.

Tenderers /Bidders shall Achieved in atleast two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 a minimum financial turnover of Rs.5.94Lakhs. Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial Turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. b)Audited Financial statements i.e., Balance sheets, P and L statements, Turnover certificates duly certified by a Chartered Accountant as documentary evidence shall be uploaded. Bidder shall furnish from the chartered accountants for split details of financial turnover and GST in the prescribed format.
