SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping forpackage/VRV/VRF/RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required. 5/8" (15.88 mm) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) mm incl.19mm thick insulation.

3/8" (9 mm) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) mm incl.19mm thick insulation.

Supply and laying of 1.1 kV grade copper unarmoured round cable of 3 core 2.5 sq. mm from IDU Unit to ODU Unit for the above mentioned AC Unit.[Make:- Polycab/Havells/Gloster/Finolex/KEI/RR Kabel/As per choice of EIC]

Supply and laying of 1.1 kV grade copper unarmoured round cable of 6 core 4 sq. mm from IDU Unit to ODU Unit for the above mentioned AC Unit.[Make:- Polycab/Havells/Gloster/Finolex/KEI/RR Kabel/As per choice of EIC]

Supply and laying PVC Drain Pipe 25mm dia with 6 mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation. [Make:- Suprime/Oriplast]

Dismantling of existing old model both indoor & outdoor units for Split ton A.C machines with own tools & tackles as per direction of EIC.

FRAME WORK: Supply, fabrication and installation of MS base frame for Split type Air conditioner outdoor units.:- Supplying, fabrication & fixings MS U-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75mm x 40mm x 40mm) for making Base Frame/ platform for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned AC machines incl drilling 2 nos holes in each channel, cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with C.C. (1:1.5:3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and supporting angle of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm in each platform in the outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2 nos(50mm x 50mm x 6 mm) angle inserted into the existing wall incl. fibre sheet shade as directed by E.I.C. The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU. for mounting of AC machine outdoor Unit with platform arrangement for proper maintenance at 3rd floor in appropriate way .(4 nos X 86 kg= 344 kg)
