Contract for operation of Cafeteria for selling of food items to visitors and staff in Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai

I/We hereby offer to pay to the Centre a non-refundable License Fee for operating Cafeteria/Canteen on leave and licence basis at Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai, as per the terms and conditions laid down in the NIT made for this purpose.(The figure given in column 3 is the current Annual Licence Fee excluding GST). The Agency is required to mention the appropriate GST, as applicable.

I/We hereby agree to increase the Annual Licence Fee by 10% every year/ If the leave and license agreement for operating the Cafeteria/Canteen is renewed as per the Terms and Conditions stipulated in the NIT I/We have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions as stipulated in the Notice Inviting Tender for operating Cafeteria/Canteen on leave and license basis at Nehru Science Centre,Mumbai. I/We hereby agree to pay the Electricity and Water Charges separately, fixed by the authorities of the Centre as per Clause No.50 of the Terms & Conditions of NIT and also pay 5% of the Annual Licence Fee towards Security Deposit as per Clause No.61 of the Terms and Conditions of NIT for due and complete performance of the provision of the terms and conditions laid down thereof.
