To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Repair of Electro-Mechanical Components in major LIS / AME of Major LIS Headwork with 110/6.6 KV Sub-station and above of value not less than Rs. 58.60 Lakhs. (Usually not less than 50% of Estimated Value of Contract). (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY in which the tenders are invited and the necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Equivalent officer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle or equivalent in case of other Government under taking within India)

To qualify for award of this contract, Executed in any one financial year, for the following minimum quantities of work (Usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction). 1) Supplying, Erection, Commissioning & Testing of 11 kV, 630 Amps, 12.5 KA Auto reclosures - 3 Sets. 2) Providing and Fixing 6 mm clear/ Opal white/ Solar bronze / Blue/ Green tinted multi wall poly carbonate sheet for tubular structures - 600 Sqm. (The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Equivalent officer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle or equivalent in case of other Government under taking within India)

Assessed available tender capacity-AxNx1.5-B where A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2026-27 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited - 0.50 years (6 Months) . B-Value at 2026-27 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.50 years (6 Months) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited). Note- The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.234.20 Lakhs usually not less than 2 times the estimated annual payments under this contract) and updated to the financial year in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited

Liquid Assets And / Or Availability of Credit Facilities of Not Less Than Rs. 58.60 Lakhs from any Nationalized / scheduled bank (credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting fund requirement etc) Usually Equivalent to The Estimated Cash Flow For 3 Months in The Peak Construction Period.

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote without GST. However, GST will be paid at prevailing Rate during billing.

The Increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.
