The bidder shall submit, along with the offer, documentary evidence establishing that the offered material is of the quoted OEM/manufacturer make, such as a valid OEM authorization certificate/dealership certificate specifically covering the offered make and item, wherever the bidder is not the OEM.Offers quoting any make other than Dirak part no 208-9025.00-00000, Arihant, southco, darshana, or offers in which the make is not clearly identifiable and supported by the prescribed documentary evidence, shall be treated as technically non-responsive and summarily rejected.
