Primary Collection and Secondary Transportation of Municipal solid waste (MSW) and Street sweeping waste in Byatarayanapura division (Package-P33)

Bidder should have executed similar nature of works for Rs 1132.67 Lakhs (50 percent of annual estimated value of the respective package Refer Annexure Chart-1) in any one financial year in last 5 financial years (FY 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) In this regard Performance certificate issued from Head of the ULB or the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be uploaded as proof of evidence for the same. 10% weightage would be given per annum to bring the turnover to the present financial year

Bidder should submit Valid ESI & EPF Certificate, Labour Certificate and copy of Challans of ESI and PF return of any one year in last 5 financial years (FY 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24)

Bidder should have executed the following quantities in Municipal Solid Waste Management Works Services (either individually or together) as given below in any one year in the last 5 years. Refer Annexure Chart-4 1. Auto tippers (3 wheeler/4wheeler)-163 nos. (80% of the required no. of vehicles) 2. Compactor of not less than 14 cum capacity-20 nos (80% of the required no. of vehicles)

In last 5 financial years (FY 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) the Bidder should have achieved in at least two (2) financial years minimum Annual Turnover of Rs.4530.67 Lakhs (two times annual estimated value of the package) 10% weightage would be given per annum to bring the turnover to the present financial year.

Unconditional Bankers Certificate/ Credit Lines Letter of credit from any Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank for Rs. 679.60 Lakh for each package (30% of annual estimated value of the respective package Refer Annexure Chart-1)
