M&L Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

Supply and Fixing in replacement air break switch triple pole, 11KV, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 200 amps complete with including insulators horizontal /vertical rod and operating pipe of suitable size and length including taking down the old unserviceble air break switch, jumper connections and reconnecting of suitable size and length and making connection to new AB switch gang operated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. S & F in replacement HT 11 KV drop out fuse assembly with insulator and base including fuse tube, fuse carrier top connectors incomming and out going connectors as specified and as directed by EIC. (Note: Rate include taking down existing unserviceble/ Faulty DO fuse assembly and fix the new one and make the incomming and out going connections and switch on the supply through the new DO fuse assembly all as directed by EIC) Make: Jaipuria/ Atlas/Pactil

Attending any breakdown immiediately power transformer/RMU/CSS of following capacity by OEM service engineer to check and repair /replace any spares related break down and make the power transformer serviceable with in 24 Hours complete all as specified and directed at site. Locations ICGAE/ICGRA D. Pur Note :-(i) Spares will be paid separately under relative items. (ii) Checking of all electrical connection for its proper tightness. (iii) Proper care shall be taken to isolate the supply and it shall be ensured that repairs are carried out on No LIVE switch gears. (iv) Each switch gear/Load break switch/breaker shall be counted as a separate unit for the purpose of measurement.

M & L for Maintenance/Over hauling of RMU (1 No incoming, 2 No’s outgoing) of outdoor type no extensible 11 KV, SF6 insulated compact ring main unit (RMU) with short circuit peak making current 50 KA and short circuit breaking current 20 KA fully arc proof metal enclosed free standing floor mounting manually operated fixed type SF6 insulated, 2 Nos. Load break switches 400 Amps (as incoming) and 1 No SF6 circuit breaker 200 Amps (as outgoing), by using air blower, tightening the control circuit, Checking the all fuses, to ensure the smooth functioning of HT RMU by employing the Skilled trades man and helper all as directed by Engineer -In - Charge. Note: Rate Include following:- (i) Replacement of Mechanical indication in the front in the mimic for open & close breaker/isolator/ earth switch and Manual push button for emergency trip. etc., all as specified and as directed.. (ii) Disconnect the Ht cables in Test position, Check the megger value of RMU terminals with body by suitable HT megger of range 5000 Volt and check the serviceability of earthing connection by Earth megger note down the readings.

M & L for Maintenance/Over hauling of Compact Substation outdoor type (CSS), 630 kVA Transformer, 11kV Ring Main Unit consisting of 2 Nos (01 No In Cmg & 02 Nos Out Going) & 630A at 11kV fault making load breaking switch with one no SF6 insulated Vacuum Circuit Breaker & with LT Panel comprising of 1000 Amp ACB as secondary side, by using air blower, tightening the control circuit, Checking the all fuses, to ensure the smooth functioning of HT RMU by employing the Skilled trades man and helper all as directed by Engineer -In - Charge. Note: Rate Include following . Material and labour for rubber gasket (Tyton) joints suitable for 150 mm bore CI/DI pipe and fittings including jointing material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
