Providing 21Nos Security Guards service to Jamakhandi Division in O&M Circle, HESCOM, Bagalkote Jurisdiction on contract basis

The bidder shall upload documentary proof such as license issued by Department of Labour & the Agency shall comply with all the legal requirements of various Labour Laws, provident Fund Act, workmen compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, with the respective Government/Central Government authorities and proof of such registration.Original/Self attested copies of the following to be uploaded.

The bidder must have a minimum experience for a period of One (01) year in providing Security services as on the date of tender notification and must have deployed minimum 50% of tendered No. of Security Guards to KPTCL/ESCOMs/any Government/semi Govt establishments/ public Sector undertakings in any one of the preceding financial years i.e 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 The list of such establishments with their postal addresses, details of Contract period, deployment period and the number of security guards deployed shall be uploaded in the form of statement along with award copy

The bidder must not have defaulted in man power services against previous Work orders placed by KPTCL /ESCOM/Public utilities as on the last date of submission. Self- declaration in this regard shall be uploaded.Annexure-1

The bidder shall offer the full tendered quantity of man power. If the offered quantity is less than the tendered quantity such offers will be liable for rejection. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded. Annexure-3

The Agency has to execute an consent letter for an agreement / tripartite agreement to abide by the terms and conditions in force in a Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- as per the bid format for a period of one year. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-4

The annual turnover in any one of preceding three financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 shall not be less than 50% of amount put to tender( i.e. Rs 28.10Lakhs.) Copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss account for the above all the three Financial Years shall be uploaded. The Copies of Annual turnover certificate and audited balance sheet, profit and loss account duly mentioning the UDIN No and certified by Chartered Accountant. Documents without UDIN No will be liable for rejection.

The bidder shall furnish the bank credit facility certificate , equal to 25% of the amount put to tender( i.e. Rs 14.05 Lakhs) from any Nationalized/ Scheduled public sector undertaking Banks. The bank credit certificate shall be issued in the name of Superintending Engineer (El), O&M Circle, HESCOM, Navanagar, Bagalkote-587103 Karnataka state, of not older than 3 (Three) Months as on last date of submission of the bid. The said Credit Facility Certificate should possess the name of the firm and tender enquiry number.
