Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (One cement : one and half sand : three graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size) to obtain the minimum crushing strength of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) including curing complete, excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in all depths/thickness upto all floor levels as per H.P.P.W.D. specifications as per direction of the Engineer in charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, other incidental . Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights/ floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including royality , octroi, GST, Toll tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions frames with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastener including necessary filling up of gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etcetera. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleats angle, aluminum, snap beading for glazing/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete , as per direction of the Engineer in charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasketetcetera aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) for fixed portion , Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron (fifty micron ) all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
