Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble (except stone), uncorsed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling, random rubble stone masonary uncourshed or brought upto course in cement ratio 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in shelves, chajjas, slabs and similar work carefully and matching to adjoining disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in man cover vibromatic slabs finish even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work including 2mm thick CR sheet with 2 coats of bitumen paint and two nos PVC counter sunk handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishing surface even and smooth by using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made pre polished rubber moulded coloured (red and yellow) vibromatic Chequred cement concrete colour tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm and 22 to 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and colour pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty endura ceramic coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/ sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured (red and yellow) machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, copings. kneelers, apex stones, posts, boundary pillars, bonders (for stone walling), brackets, etc. with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating form work etc. complete all as specfied and directed.

Material and labour for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm but not.exc 15 cm long, diameter of neck n exc10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chainlink MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1( using 20mm stone graded aggregate ) as in Kerbs stone, Kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in any tint over a coat of exterior grade primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 226500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
