(130-27-12340)-1no then reassembling the sprocket assy. After washing and cleaning all the party with diesel. The Job includes the cost of spares and labour charges along with all the tool and tackles required for the job.

Repair to the blade of the Dozer BD-50 (13480) BEML Make by way of removing broken cutting edges from the blade with the help of gas welding and p/f of M.S. Sheet 20 mm thick, length-11ft 5 inch( cutting edge (102200002830)-4No’s ), width-8 ft. 6 inch , bolt - 10 No’s., Hexagon Nut - 10 No’s, Bit end- 2no’s (140-70-11170 & 140-70-11180), Bolts (02090-01270)-16No’s, Nut(02290-01219)-16 No’s, The job also include nominal hardening and facing of cutting edge along the length of M.S sheet that is arc welded and attached with the blade. The complete Job includes cost of material along with carriage, labour charges, hire charges of tool and tackles.

Periodic Servicing of Dozer BD-50 13480 BEML by way of Providing and fitting of Hydraulic oil for after repairs and servicing -120 Litres. Providing and filling of M-oil for track rollers, steering and sprocket assembly – 40 Ltr. P/fitting of M-oil filter complete. Hydraulic filter complete set, Primary and secondary air filter complete set. Coolant – 20 Lites transmission oil 30 ltrs, gear oil 30 litre, clutch oil 20 litre Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges etc.

Providing and fitting of reinforced polyester cord woven cross ply rubber padding (100 Nos) for fitment on the steel track chains for Dozer BD-50 (13480) BEML Make to increase the traction and protection of road surfaces that may be damaged by exposed steel track chains during snow clearance. Rubber pads should be single grouser with grouser height 65mm, width 180mm and length 405mm. The rubber pads should be ribbed pattern for excellent traction on snow surface. The job includes making counter bore holes – 2 Nos on each rubber pad to match the holes of the track chain for its proper fitting with nuts and bolts along with washers for gripping. The job includes the cost of the rubber material, nuts and bolts with washers and labor charges for the complete work.
