M & L for B check maintenance in 25 KVA Make : Greaves No:110803140550 silent type DG set installed at STP Khambhaliya including the change of lub oil, Engine oil & fuel filters, B check all as specified by the manufacuterer and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note: Engine oil will be measured and paid separately) (i) Replace the lubricating oil. (ii) Replace lubricating oil filter elements. (iii) Replacing lubricating oil by pass filter element (iv) Replace the fuel filter element. (v) Check engine coolant (vi) Replacing Hydraulic governor oil (vii) Clean the crank case breather (viii) Check Turbo charger (for turbo fitted engines) (ix) Engine oil/Radiator coolant oil will measured and paid separately. Supply and fix in repair following spare parts from 15 KVA to 100 KVA dg set

Solenoid switch with wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Governor cable both inner and outer including RPM adjustment assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Set of ring set, dowel for connection rod, bolt for connecting rod, conneting rod assembly and joint for gear assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out radiator from engine drain out coolant and descaling and cleanning with cleaning agent cleaning of fins by applying pressuried air using blower including replacement of rubber housing set complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv engine belt and replacement of grooved belt complete as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out fuel pump, transporting to auth workshop,dismantling of pump carefully and overhauling complete, replacement of complete pump kit and plunger kit and all other defective parts of fuel pump complete incl reassembling and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out all leaked / deterioted rubber hoses of engine and replacement of hose pipes including clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv fuel pipes and replacement of new nylon reinforced PVC fuel pipes with threaded sockets complete set, oil seal, seal O ring, screw captive washer cap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective dynamo of any capacity and any size from diesel engine for repair and replacement of all bearing, armature, carbon bushes, coil etc as per existing specification and reassembling and refixing incl testing complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping of old existing paint, oil from body of alternator, radiator, engine, base frame including exhaust pipe/silencer, preparation of surface and filling of cavity using filler material and spray painting to complete DG set of any capacity and any size alongwith all accessories including fuel tank with two coats of super enamelled paint of superior quality as approved by AGE E/M and writing of MES/SM No. using black paint of suitable font of letters in background of white paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to self starter by taking of defective parts and replacement of armature, field coils, carbon bush, pinion, shocker arm, bearing including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Flywheel ring as per exisitng size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs of multifunction meter which indicates KWH/PF/RPM/V/A and other parameters suitable for any DG set capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for battery copper cable PVC Insulated single core of size 35sqmm, 1100 volt including brass terminal with nuts & bolts and apply petroleum jelly on battery terminals including taking out existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of emergency stop button

Replacement of ignition switch with wiring complete including providing necessary protective covering to cables etc.

Replacement of Solenoid switch with wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance / servicing of solar water heater, flat plate collector type, storage type with electrical backup of capacity 100 litres, as per manufacturer instruction comprising of the following works at different locations:- (a) Complete cleaning of solar system, removing of dirt dust etc. (b) Cleaning of heating surface glass with glass cleaning solution. (c) Opening of cold & hot water connection draining out deposited water removing of mud turbidity etc & cleaning with fresh water. (d) Checking of Non return valve, Electrical backup system & sacrificial anode & tighten the connection. (g) Replacement of unserviceable spare part will be carried out under respective item only. Note:- (i) Unserviceable spares parts will be measured & paid separately as supply and fix in repair. (ii) Work shall be executed through Authorised service technician of Tata Solar BP / Delta./Red ren.
