Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of stainless steel hood (Grade 304,22G) of dimensions 1800mm x 800mm x 500mm along with filter and oil tray
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double skin direct drive kitchen exhaust cabinet fan of minimum 6000 CFM and a total static pressure of 30 mm for exhaust.
Suppiy, installation, testing and commissioning of Axial fan of 6000 CFM, 3 phase motor having a total static pressure of 35 mm for exhaust
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of axial fan of 4800 CFM having a total static pressure of 15 mm for fresh air.
Supply, fabricate, handle and erect GSS ducting of 24G grade 120 GSM confirming to latest IS:655 & 277 complete with dampers supporting arrangements ie. tab hangers, anchor fasteners, vanes, access door frame work etc. The duct sizing has to be done as per ASHRAE & SMACNA Standards
Supply, installation and testing of galvanised steel construction volume control dampers within ducts to be provided with suitable ducts lever and quadrants for manual control of volume of air flow and for proper balancing of the air distribution.
Factory fabricated air aluminium Grills without volume control damper, necessary frame work etc. and complete as required including powder coated finish of approved colour. (Measurement will made on air flow opening size only) 300mm x 150mm
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical panel with 2 motor starters for exhaust and fresh air, including all associated electrical work requlred for commissioning of the system (Technopark will provide an incomer cable at the premises).
Dismantling existing 2 Nos. of exhaust fans with cabinet, 2 Nos. of fresh air fans with cabinet, existing ducts and old electrical panel fittings.
Supply and Installation of Bird Screen 400x 400
Civil charges for wall openings for installing the fresh air and exhuast ducts for commissioning the system
Charges for servicing the installed 2 Nos. of exhaust units, 2 Nos. of fresh air units and 4 Nos. of kitchen hoods inlcuding ducts once in every 3 months for a period of 2 years
