Cuting in earth work for road formation in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary oil ,soft rocks,hard rocks,chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines,graded with cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road,ways,camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all in useful materials to required width of the road or approved dumping sites by Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means,along with its leveling fine dressing using machineries,materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanicalmeans and/or labour if required.Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. The rate are inclusive of octroi,malkana,toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.A recovery of useful stones shall be affected for 25.88 m3 (Twenty Five point eight eight cubic metre) at the rate of Rs.300.00 (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 nominal mix ( One Cement is to five Sand is to Ten graded crushed stone aggregrate.) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 130 kg (One hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary /stone masonary / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre). dia PVC pipe white in colour extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per HPPWD specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 .as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling with granular material behind retaining walls, abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 1204.3.8 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Nominal Mix 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight graded stone aggregate )40mm (forty millimeter). The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by tablevibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick (fifty milimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in - Charge 80 mm(eighty millimetre) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 (M-thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern.with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
