Part - B (Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance)
The all inclusive comprehensive annual maintenance contract cost covers yearly maintenance of solar PV Modules, Inverter, Wiring, Earthing, Switchgears, etc. with material and labour cost including preventive maintenance. The cost covers
entire installation. AMC also includes monthly site visit and inspection of project with submission of inspection and solar generation report. All parts should be replaced/repaired if found faulty within specified time. Agency has to provide
necessory licensing work for warranty, power, Bi-directional meter etc.

1. Estimation are exclusive of applicable GST, Offer price in percentage shall be quoted exclusive of GST.
2. Estimation is to be considered as base price, bidder can quote percentage with respect to total estimated cost (i.e ₹ 5,29,59,970.00). O & M price should not be quoted as Zero, otherwise bid shall be rejected.
3. The rates quoted are exclusive of GST and any other taxes applicable to such work.
4. In no circumstances escalation in the prices will be entertained, except imposing of new taxes, duties etc.
5. Payment of pyranometer shall be paid as per actual installations.
6. All statutory charges namely GEDA Application fees, Solar connectivity Charges, Meter connectivity Charges, Meter testing Charges and system stability/strengthening charges to be paid additionally on producing actual proof.
7. Succesful bidder shall submit break-up of quoted cost indicating basic and taxes for SITC and O&M line items.
