Providing RCC (1:1.5:3) concrete by using 20mm graded stone aggregate for sunshade etc., with good finishing curing etc., including cost of cement, shuttering and labour complete all as directed.

Providing 12 mm thick plaster with CM (1:6) to sunshades,walls etc.,at all heights including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Supply of 110 mm dia UPVC(SWR) rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) and removing of old pipe line and handover to disposal section etc., complete

Providing 6 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to ceilings, etc.,incuding cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Supply and apply Nitto bond EP of fosroc make to the existing damaged concrete area portion including using necessary scaffolding complete all as directed.

Supply and apply Nitto bond AR of fosroc make complete all as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 for screed concrete on top of slab including labour and material complete all as directed

Providing 2 coats of white cement wash for walls etc., with approved brand of Suryacem / Hi-tech gold etc., after cleaning the walls surfaces with sand paper etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands like Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever spiecifed by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Supply, fabricate and fix MS Grill of specified design including one coat of primer and two coats of Epoxy paint etc., Complete

Transportation, cutting, fabrication of MS cover plates as per specifications of Engineer's representative and placing over existing drains including cost of all consumbles, two coats of epoxy based paint over one coat of epoxy primer. (Steel plates issued free by HSL, Contractor shall make the arrangement to collect the material any where from HSL)

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.
