Isolating the 100 KVA HT/LT distribution transformer of lift irrigation scheme Novla 1st from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discarding the HT cable, disconnecting the LT side Cable from bush rods with the help of skilled labour, lowering of transformer from bed with the help of channels, dragging it to loading side which is difficult portion of job and loading in private vehicle to workshop for repairs.

Draining of T-oil from transformer tank in separate barrel to be arranged by the firm with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Opening the lid of transformer and discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly from tank. The job includes the charge for dismantling of core assembly & removing damaged coil with the help of skilled labours .

Providing and fitting of 12 No. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of Aluminium wire as per sample.(weight of one coil = 4kg).

Providing and fitting of insulating material with the help of skilled labours like, latheroid paper, cork sheet, cotton tape, fibre glass sleeves, insulation gum and varnishing of the coils and heating in the heating chamber.

Cleaning all the carbon smoke accumulated on H.T/L.T bush rod/bush cups with the help of liquid cleaner & soft cotton cloth, then fitted it one by one carefully in at their own place without any damage .

Reassembling of Transformer by way of fitment of HT /LT Coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the Assembled transformer, fitting top lid of the transformer.

Loading of the transformer in a private load carrier after proper repairs at workshop and unloading at site with the help of skilled labour, connecting H.T & L.T connections with the help of skilled labours & tested on full load .

Supply of grease gun manually operated for greasing purpose to various electrical and mechanical equipment’s installed at site.

Providing/ fitting of ball bearing 6312 for 40 HP motor at L.I.S Novla.

Repairs to damaged M.S Strainer of 05 cusec V.T pump unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar by way of shifting it to workshop in private load carrier with the help of skilled labour. The job includes the charge for providing & fitting of new mesh , M.S bars round the strainer with proper welding using good quality electrodes, after proper repairs shifted it back to site, fitted it properly with pump & tested on full load. The job involves the charge of welding electrodes, M.S bars, skilled labours, private vehicle etc for the completion of work.

(a.) Disconnecting the voltage stabilizer of lift irrigation scheme Ijara from LT side, then opening the lid of 600KVA voltage stabilizer, then lifting of regulator along with the complete core from container by way of using chain pulley block and skilled labous without damaging the stabilizer and loading in private load carrier to workshop for necessary repairs. The job also includes the charge for dismantling of voltage regulator assembly at workshop to carry out repairs to voltage regulator by way of replacement of 4 no fixed copper contact point with new one & cleaning, turning, finishing and facing to all other points on lathe, then fitting of the same in regulator plate and then assembling of the regulator plate with core of the stabilizer. The job also includes the charge for Re-tapping of input and output connections. Then shifting it back from workshop to station in private load carrier, fitting it properly in container and tested on full load after connecting input and output connections. The job also includes the charge on account of providing and filling of fresh T- oil 20ltr for topping up to required level . (b.)Repairs to 800 Amp ACB of lift irrigation scheme Ijara by way of disconnecting the pvc cables of the starter from the ACB, opening nuts & bolts then remove it from panel & shifted it to working place with the help of skilled labour, then overhaul ACB at site by way of p/f of new moving and fixed arcing contact, main spring and shunt release, after proper repairs fitted it back to panel tighting nuts & bolts, & tested it on full load after connecting connections properly with the help of skilled labour

Deduction cost of old scrap as 80% of weight of item no. 04. or as per actual measurement.

Repairs to 250 mm dia foot valve of pumping unit no. 01 of lift irrigation Kanispora by way of dismantling it from suction side pipe with the help of manual labour and other tools & tackles, loading in private load carrier to private workshop for repairs, then replacement of weight plate, & washers with new one as per sample .The job also include the charges for p/f of new mesh, M.S bars round the strainer with proper welding using good quality electrodes , then shifting back to site in private load carrier, fitted repaired foot valve with suction side pipe carefully and tested on full load.

Repairs to 300 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-I at site by way of : Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 13.5 kg/leg approximately= 40.5 kg. Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. Reassembling of auto coil at site by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing on full load. Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of S. no. 02. i.e. 32.4 kg or as per actual measurement.
