Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size incld carriage from 10km. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping ect. And removel of form work for:- Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Structural steel work for trusses,making frame of doors,window& wall incldwelding,cutting complete. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and fixing 0.50mm thick CGI Sheet for Side panelling incld. All fixture complete. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approaved make. Made of required size M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end lock mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets including the cost of P/F of ecessary 27.5cm long wire spring grade no 2 and MS top cover of required thickness for rolling shutter 80x1.20 mm M.S laths with 1.20mm thick top cover. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand & manufacture. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)
