Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4.80 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square. exc. 0.5sq.m in each pane including hacking out from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square. exc. 0.5sq.m in each pane including hacking out from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1st Class wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed incl demolition, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part , Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 25mm dia MS curtain rod with PVC coating (decorative type) fixed with MS hooks incl side brackets (both side) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board any of description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness including below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F wooden coloured interlocking tiles 1215x168x8mm thick rectangular in floor / panaling laid in over edsiting floor with foam sheet of approved best quality incld joints /end covering strip incl dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 18.00 above but except sheets.

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 21.00 above but one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old surface of wall.

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, pirlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guldes for sliding doors. Fixed with anngle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E-250), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing ,Fe 410-W, Gde E-250, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled 100mm size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel sliding door, bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12mm bore, length of bolt 250mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing steel windows 1.25 mm thick Box type (primer coated) ERW hollow 'P' section of size 60 mm x 25 mm single rebated comprises of glazed sutter EWR sec 50 mm x 20 mm and 1 mm thick and two openable leaf conisting two Nos sash bar of 'T' section 20 mm x 3 mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of EWR bot 'T' section of size 60 mm x 25 mm and 1.25 mm thick making good dismantled portion for each window including following fittings welded to failed shutter:- (a) Holdfasts 150 mm long 12mm x 3 mm made to shape- 4 Nos per window (b) Handle of Z sec 20 mm x 25 mm, 100 mm long - 1 nos per leaf. (c) MS tower bolt 150 mm long - 2 Nos per leaf. (d) 'Z' sec 20 mm x 25 mm , 100 long stopper-01 Nos per leaf, (e) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square 15 mm x 20 mm x 63 mm welded to hinges - 1 Nos per leaf (f) MS pintal hinges of size 75 mm x 12 mm - 2 Nos per leaf. (g) fabriction and fixing arrangement complete. Note:- Grill / guard war , glass pane shall be measured and Paid saperately.

All as per description of serial item No. 26 above but in gauged shutters without sash bars all as specified and directed
