Construction of MSSR RCC Antenna SH- Electrical works.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of cubicle type panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet,3mm thick for gland plates, totally enclosed, IP 42, modular type,floor mounted with channel base frame, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalized, modular type suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz., fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet with hinged type door with gasket, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bus bar of size 25 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, interconnections with suitable size of copper leads/ solid aluminium strips, detachable gland plates for cable chamber, earthing studs, top/bottom cable entry provision including supply and fixing following switchgears, interconnections, internal control wiring, earthing etc. complete as required and as per special conditions.

Incomer:

02 No. MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 pole, 35 kA (Ics=100% Icu) with adjustable setting, microprocessor release with O/C & S/C protection.

Bus-Coupler:

01 No. MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 pole, 35 kA (Ics=100% Icu) with adjustable setting, microprocessor release with O/C & S/C protection as Bus Coupler

Busbars:

4P aluminum bus bars of minimum 400 A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves i/c SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 35 KA for 1 sec.

Instruments & accessories:

2 No. 96 mm x 96 mm digital type Voltmeter suitable range for 3 phase,4 wire operation with LED display and selector switch backup by 3 nos of 2Amp MCB.

2 No.96 mm x 96 mm digital type Ammeter for 3 phase 4 wire operation with LED display and selector switch and CT's
