Acrylic Exterior painting with washing: All walls shall be in white colour. All projections, borders, drop beams etc. shall be in burgundy colour.
Providing and applying acrylic exterior paint on outside walls, columns of 14 floor building after clearing and washing surfaces as per directions of the Bank. The rate shall include scrapping, levelling & preparing the surface. Painting to include filling holes, waterproofing, finishing in 2 coats, high quality exterior emulsion finish of roller finish of Nerolac/ Berger/ Dulux/ Asian/ Jotun or equivalent to give even and smooth finish. Rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc. with minimum 10 years centralized warranty certificate for waterproofing, colour fading and anti-fungal/algal

Enamel Paint : Black colour Providing and applying high quality enamel paint on metal window frames and grills of 14 floor building after clearing and rubbing surfaces as per directions of the Bank. The rate shall include preparing the surface as required. Painting to include primer coat and finished in 2 coats high quality mat finish enamel paint of brush finish of Nerolac/ Berger/ Dulux/ Asian/ Jotun or equivalent to give even and smooth finish. Rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc.
Building Patch works Providing and applying water proofing in damaged area after filled with bounding compound of 14 floor building after clearing and washing surfaces as per directions of the Bank. The rate shall include scrapping, levelling & preparing the surface to give even and smooth finish.
Maintenance of polycarbonate sheets Providing and applying silica gel bounding compound in existing polycarbonate roofing sheets jointing area and replace 1 no. of 10’ x 4’ sheet with required items.
