Restoration of rain damages on Kullu Karon road Km. 0/00 to 15/00

Excavation in hilly area in manual means including cutting and trimming of sides, slopes and disposal of excavated earth work with a lift upto 1.50 mtr (One point fifty metre) and lead up to 20 mtr (Twenty metre) as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.1.1 within all kind of soil within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, any dressing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead of 50 mtr (Fifty metre) and lift complete including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated material in ordinary soil within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble Stone masonry work in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 702,704,1202 and 1204 Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) Random rubble masonry within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of dry ruble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 704.6 & 1302.5 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportatin within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing weap holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1(v):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7. within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 PCC 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate ) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (Four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (One hundred x One hundred millmetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (Twenty five kilogram) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 3mtrs (three metre) and lead upto 1000m (one thousand metre) as per techanicaly specification clouse 301.4 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 PCC 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : Eight graded stone aggregate ) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying factory made champhered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath parks loans drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength thickness and size/ shape made by table vibratory method usisng PU mould laid in required colour and pattern over 5mm thick compact bed of sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plates vibrators, fillinig the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweepinig extra sand . Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge 80mm thick CC paver block of M-30 grades with approved colour design and pattern within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
