S&F 0.50mm thick (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting/sunshade/ wall cladding, north light curves, fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (ISI Marked) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, valey gutter fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for MS steel Hollow ,Joist, channel, angle, tee or tubular Section work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, tubuler column, where connected common rafter and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connection plates including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming IS-4963,1993 and IS-1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel plate (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or weleded attachement confirming to Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation ,post, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size and colour conferming to IS 15658-2006 and including joints filled with sand and stone dust as in levelling course of interlocking complete including 50mm sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: Shape, size and colour of interlocking paver block is selected by Engr-in - charge.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out inHard/Dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L RCC M-25 (20mm aggregates) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
