Design construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 11.25 MLD MPS and following components including peak factor 2.50 RCC inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 4.50 MLD (For 30 years) average flow with peak factor of 2,50 landscaping of the campus providing and installing of 01 nos. Pumping Sets of capacity 8000 LPM x 15mtr. head (2.5 DWF), 02 no. pumping sets of capacity 3200 LPM x 15mtr. head (DWF) and 02 nos. pumping sets of capacity 1600 LPM x 15 mtr. head (0.5 DWF) as per CPHEEO manual with suitable gantry and LT panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor and submersible cable from LT panel to pump sets K9DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked DI fittings Sluice valve, non return valves as per requirements and for bye pass arrangements complete in all respect. 03 Nos.CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS410) and seats (SS304) , 4 screens (2 manual and 2 mechanical) as per design. i)The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. ii) All the infra structure excluding Pump chamber of size 9.15x4.57m except construction of and work covered under schedule and pathways / roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump sump job. iii) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panel sat MPS site through broad band internet facility. iv) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural / Hydraulic /Mechanical /Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work.
