Pile foundation on DMC pile in M35 concrete

Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 600mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as directed. Note: The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment separately all as specified and shown on drawing.

DG Set

Supply ,installation ,testing &commissioning , Out door type, Accoustic enclosed silent type diesel engine driven generating set comprising of capacity 125 KVA / 100 KW, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 1500 RPM 0.8 Power factor, 50 Hz directly coupled with diesel engine capable of taking 10% overload for one hour for every 12 hours (as per BS-5514/649) coupled directly to alternator mounted on a rigid bed plate with suitable acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB IV norms and complete with standard control panel ,battery and battery lead and fuel tank of suitable capacity with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate on vibration pads , foundation as recommended by manufacturer including AMF panel alongwith connected accessories with relay panel for automatic starting on main electric supply failure, control panel having meters, AVR control excitation. Genset Controller consists of Engine parameters like R.P.M, Liquid / Cylinder Temperature, Oil Pressure, Fuel level indication, Engine Hours run & Alternator parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Amps, KW, KVAR, PF etc. The DG set shall comprise of electric starter motor, turbo charger, water cooled and comprising all standard fittings/fixtures, first fill of Lube oil, coolent, fuel for testing and all piping etc as below:-

Alternator :- self - excited, self- regulated, screen protected, drip proof alternator with static excitation system, capable of developing rated output at 415V, 0.8 p.f, 50Hz when running at 1500 RPM ,3 ph in SPDP enclosure at tropical conditons and conforms to the IS 4722 standards, BS EN 60034-1 Acoustic Enclosure :- Acoustic enclosure is of modular construction,industrial locking sytem is provided,shall be polyster based powder coated and fabricated as per CPCB-IV+ norms as amended upto date, sound level 75 dB (A) at 1 mtr from enclosure in free field conditions as per ISO 8528 part 10 AMF PANEL : OEM factory made, out door type ,double door, cubicle made micro processor based AMF panel shall be with AMF controller suitable to start the engine on main failure after 10-15 second time delay and to switch off engine only after 60-90 seconds after the main supply restored. The AMF controller shall have under/ over voltage, over load protection, coolant temp cut off, fuel control upto 10% tank capacity. Amf panel including all relays and suitable rated four pole power contactors and complete electrical connections and control wirings comprising the followings also.

Note : The following are included in the scope of work :- (a) The panel will be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of multi stranded copper cable. The suitable control of AMF panel with all meters, control wires. (b) Tools as supplied by the manufacturer (c) Fuel tank shall be provided inside canopy (d) thermostat switch inside the acoustic enclosure shall be provided to shut off the DG set incase of temperature increases beyond its rated temperature inside the acoustic enclosure (e) there shall be proper air circulation and windows with glass in the acoustic enclosure suitably located to read the meters of various controls from outside (f) Necessary grouting including mild steel work and anti vibration pad shall be provided (g) necessary foundation of installation and plinth protection of the DG set shall be provided as per manufactuers recommendation (h) necessary 10% overload test shall be carried out in the presence of testing officer nominated by Accepting Officer. (j) Shifting of DG set from showroom/factory to the site by means of truck/crane is the responsibility of the contractor.

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for auto operation ,single phase ,naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with out put voltage stablizer at 230V with accuracy with in +/- 2.5% and speed of corrrection 8 volts per second and of capacity 2.0 KVA capacity all as specified and as directed. Designing, supply, erecting, commissioning and testing of STP of capacity 130 KL per day including tertiary treatment capable of treating raw sewage of characteristics as per Appx `A' in to treated water suitable for Arboriculture all as per Col 4 Appx `B' of E-in-C's Branch MES New Delhi letter No 86435/Misc/E4 (U) dt 19 May 2017, consisting of all Civil, Mechanical & Electrical work based on principle of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomly Moving Bed Bio-reactor (MBBR) having capacity 130 KLD, including required foundations and the following as per the specifications given in particular specification. (i). Installation, commissioning & testing of the complete package type STP of capacity 130 Cum per day including any item which is essential for satisfactory working of the STP but either not mentioned here-in-before or capacity, rating, Nos of items are not correctly mentioned here-in-before.

(ii).Before commence of work contractor shall submit Design & layout plan from reputed OEM and duly vetted from IIT / NIT for approval of Accepting Officer.

(iii).All civil mechanical,electrical work shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of Indian electricity act/ rules formed there under and as amended from time to time.Any other works( civil mechanical and electrical) connected to installation,testing functional requirement of package type STP of capacity 130 cum per day all as mentioned above and which is not mentioned or included in this schedule but necessary shall be carried out by contractor against the rate quoted for item number 183 above.

(iv).Yardstick for payment shall be approved by accepting officer (based on this schedule and rates given by the contractor).

(v).Entire plant shall be tested after successful commissioning by rep of accepting officer and contractor Shall make all arrangement without extra cost.

(vi).Contractor shall arrange training of MES staff for operating of this STP without extra cost

(vii) All consumables including chemicals required for testing commissioning will be supplied by the contractor for this item and rate is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

(viii) Rate included for electrical wiring for control panel to pump sets everything etc.

(ix) Contractor shall obtain Consent to operation clearance from Kerala Polution Control Board and Annual fee required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted STP

(x) Contractor shall collect sample in presence of GE for inlet raw sewage of characteristics all as directed by GE and design of the STP accordingly. The inlet parameters given in Appx 'A' is tentative and minimum.

(xi) Pressure gauges, electromagnetic flow meter,level control switch,liquid buoyancy, air rotometer etc as required at site for auto functioning of STP.

(xii) A lot of piping for inter connection all as recommended by OEM

(xix) Input / Output Modules consist of a) Standard rack mounted I/O modules with plug-in cards shall be provided. Field wiring shall be terminated in screwed terminal and interconnected to the processor I/O system with pre-fabricated cables with plug-in type connectors. b) 20% extra points of installed capacity for each type of input shall be provided as spares and shall be wired to the terminal block of the control panel. Provision shall be made for future expansion of extra I/O modules. c) Some of the common features of the I/O modules shall be as follows : i. All inputs shall be terminated with input protective network and necessary isolation barriers. ii. Filters for noise rejection. iii. Provision for isolation of faulty channels. iv. Protection for continuous overload up to 200% of all input ranges. v. Test points and fault indication LEDs shall be provided to carry out module testing. vi. Surge withstands facility as per IEEE standards. vii. All the modules shall be of addressable type. viii. Fuse protection and fuse failure detection. ix. Internal battery backup.

Supply and laying Ductile Iron pipes 150 mm dia centrifugally cast (spun), Class K-9, with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 in any length suitable for tyton / push-on joints , laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.(Ref site plan drg STP plant)

Material and labour for cutting/ breaking of cement concrete or bituminous road/ hard standing of any thickness with or without reinforcement for laying up/down of DI pipes and connection making good all distributed surfaces by using cold bituminous mix up to existing ground level (Irrelevant of depth of existing ground level) all as specified and directed.

S&F 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches-50mm Outer diameter all as specified and directed.

S&F LT panel board cubicle type, indoor panel board suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved with heat shrink of colour code on Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps for phases & neutral mounted on porcelain/epoxy insulators. The panel shall be weather proof, dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and fabricated out of 2 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated after nine tank process. COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS AFTER DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD

Note :- (a) Replacement of sheeve and steel ropes, if required during this period, will be carried out by the contractor but material shall be provided by the department for fixing only. (b) :- The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift. (c) :- The Contractor shall enter into an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the OEM or their authorised agency for maintenance of the lift. The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the Contractor in favour of GE (NW) before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA. (d) :- The parts shall be genuine and shall be from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and shall be approved by GE. (e) :- All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclosure, opening doors, jamps, cills etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust, stains etc with suitable solution. The Contrator shall also be clean and properly maintain machine rooms, machineries and lift well as directed by EIC. The rates quoted for respective items shall be deemed to include for the same. (f) :- No spare parts and consumables shall be supplied by the Department. (g) :- The rate of maintenance, service and repair including all the material and labour for the satisfactory functioning of the lifts.
