Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors ,aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre mirror polished Makrana White marble tiles 1200 mm X 1200 mm X 20 mm thick,over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) ,machine cut ,bedded ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs,pillar,window cill,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite ,over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceed 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4,type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor /hardstanding etc & surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of brick or stone masonry etc including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with usingsub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 11 here in above but except bricks. Note : Bricks obtained from item No. 10 of BOQ here-in -before.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope /gradient for laying cables /pipes ,foundations, laying of cable,shafts, well,cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drains and coping etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including modular mitered stoped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves , cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over grade Fe -500 , as in reinforcement ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Removing of building material etc to a distance of 100m or beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination, complete all as specified and directed.
