Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work

Bailing out of water from the trench with oil engine driven pumpset of capacity 5 HP. The rate including hire charges of oil engine, fuel charges, wages for driver, helper, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges

R.C.C grade M 20 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm &10mm metal. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for mixing, laying, vibrating, curing, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. The rate including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, labour charges for fabrication of grills, placing in position, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental Officer in charge of the work.

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 1.00 Km beyond initial lead excluding loading, unloading and includingconveyance but excluding stacking charges etc. complete. (Earth work qtv 80%)
