RequiredThe company should be in existence for more than 3 years, Registration certificate of the Company as per IRDAI Regulatory Act

RequiredThe company should have experience in Group Term Insurance. Details for orders executed to reputed companies for the last 3 years shall be enclosed.

RequiredThe Company should quote Premium Amount and applicable taxes separately for the entire year

RequiredThe tenderer should not be in Blacklist or Defaulter in any department of Government of Karnataka, A Self-declaration shall be enclosed.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
