Supply and fix Geyser of 25 Litre capacity, 5 star rated, vertical type, shock proof and rust proof metal body suitable to sustain high pressure upto 0.08 Mpa with non return valve of suitable size and capacity, adjustable thermostat for various temperature settings and temperature indicator dial type/digital type with inbuilt protection for overheating /over pressure complete with and including fixing bolts / fastner necessary PCC /cement work for making good the disturbed surface, giving electric and water connections and testing after installation complete as directed Make : - Havells "Monza Ec 25 Ltr" or Crompton Greaves "ASWH 2025 (Amica) or equivalent in Bajaj/ Recold.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron tubing, 15mm dia, medium grade, with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc; concealed in walls/passing through walls and ceilings or laid in floors for water connection to geyser including making good the disturbed surface and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of bib taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or union and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Weight of bib tap shall not be less than 0.575 Kg

Supply and fixing of stop/gate valve, 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note : Weight of bib tap shall not be less than 0.575 Kg

Supply and laying of sub main wiring with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multstranded copper conductor FRLS-H, 1100 Volts grade cable with one additional run of 2.5 Sqmm, single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS-H, 1100 volts grade, green colour cable as earth conductor, drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit not less than 20 mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories, in ceiling or wall, heavy duty grade, ISI marked and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All runs of cable and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre length of unit. (ii) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLSH, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with FRLSH accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLSH 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point controlled by one switch. Supply and fixing of exhaust fan, heavy duty, 225mm sweep, minimum 1400 RPM, AC, single phase, 230 volts, 750CHM metal body with louvers complete and connecting up from ceiling rose to fan by three core copper wire of suitable capacity, fixing exhaust fan and louvers with suitable size MS bolts and nuts including making openings in brick walls/stone walls suitable for fixing exhaust fans and testing complete and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing by PCC and white washing /colouring/distempering and teting complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing of exhaust fan, heavy duty, 225mm sweep, minimum 1400 RPM, AC, single phase, 230 volts, 750CHM metal body with louvers complete and connecting up from ceiling rose to fan by three core copper wire of suitable capacity, fixing exhaust fan and louvers with suitable size MS bolts and nuts in drilled holes of existing brick/PCC wall, suitable for mounting exhaust fan over and including supply and fixing of ply wood sheet/plastic sheet on brick/PCC wall surface for mounting of exhuast fan using fixing arrangement with anchor fastner/steel frame sheet etc and testing complete including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing by PCC/cement mortar work and finishing with white washing/colouring/distempering etc complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for boring holes through glazed tile lining for pipes, etc not exceeding 50mm dia and making good disturbed surface including necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for renewing glazed ceramic tiles in patches, area not exceeding 5 sqm. on vertical wall surfaces including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying over and inluding 10mm thick cement mortar bed (1:4), setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only tiles for fixing will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only of approved coloured glazed ceramic tiles 200 x 300mm x 7mm thick for fixing on vertical wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash and finish matching with existing complete all as specified and directed.
