Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

a) For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied General purpose industrial tools & consumables to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 1.98 Lakhs (Rs. 0.99 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (Preceding 2 years for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof purchase order PO copies Single/Multiple (max.3) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorized Suppliers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied General purpose industrial tools & consumables to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 0.74 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26.

Capabilities of Vendor

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/ Authorized dealer/ Supplier of General purpose industrial tools & consumables. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/ dealership certificate/ relevant documents issued by the Competent Authority in e-portal.

Financial Status

The bidder shall have minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 2.47 lakhs (Rs. 1.24 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the 3 financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (2 financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Copies of Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
