Cutting in earth work soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work (both in soft and hard rock ) with chiselling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required lines grades, side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1,&1603.2 sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means and labour (if any required) Recovery for useful stone of 2329.58 Cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs.698874/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately) depending upon the clasification of soil complete as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentas, as per the Engineer-In -Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc with earth or quarry soil etc. and re- rolling the sub grade completed as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentas, as per the Engineer-In -Charge.

Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silance nanotechnology (or bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen CRSI and water (< 1000 ppm TDS) in ratios of 1 kg organo silance : 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI : 200 ltr ( Two hundred litre). water. Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.4 kg or organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 ltr. water while filling water in tanker / drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 0.3-0.4 ltr. per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machineries etc. complete as per MORD speciication clouse 503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentas, as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (or bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water (< 1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg organo silane nanotechnology : 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI : 200 ltr( Two hundred litre). water mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 ltr. water while filling water in tanker / drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement as per Technical Specification Clause 303 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentas, as per direction of the Engineer-In -Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures ie. in foundation & tranches etc as per drawing and technical specification clause 305 in all kinds of soil such as pick. jumper, blasting work or chiselling any other intermediate classification of soil in dry or saturated condition in all leads & lifts including timbering or tranches, shoring, bracing and strutting, dewatering, pumping or bailing out of water caused by rains, streams, sub soil water, canal or river seepage etc as may be necessary stacking the excavated serviceable and unserviceable material separately as directed by the Engineer in Charge and then returning the stacking soil in fifteen centimeter layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidation of each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then. disposing of all surplus unserviceable material as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge with-in all leads and lifts, disposed material to be lavelled and neatly dressed complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 5 Km (Fifth Kilometre) Stone (precast) with reinforced cement concrete M15 grade standard design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Ordinary Kilometre Stone (Precast) with reinforced cement concrete MIS grade design as per IRC. 8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 complete including carriage of material with in all leads. lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing ,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading –II as per technical specification clause 405 by manual mean complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying bitumenous concrete 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per Hr using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bitumenous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydraulic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 502 complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental .

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing thre MS plate of 1.6 mm top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25x5 mm size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25x25x5mm of 12 SWG steel tube post duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600 mm , 600 mm below ground level . The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47x47 mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube . All MS will be stove enameled on both side. Lettering and painting arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats epoxy paint as per drawing and technical specification saction 1700 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing And fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm thick duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm on edges , supported with 2 nos vertical post and 2 nos horizontal post mase of 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All M.S . will be stove enameded on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per specification saction 1700 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and tress of girth upto 300 mm (Three hundred millimeter), removal of stumps of such tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto all leads including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred Fifty millimeter) in thickness as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification Clause 201 including carriage of material with-in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Routine maintenance After completion of construction condition of bit document that is 4 (vi) Of contract data to general constitution of contact and technical specification of Ministry of rural development for rural roads August 2004 For rural roads including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations all mode of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
