Repair and servicing of APFC panel including rewiring of panel with 2.5 sqmm FRLSH copper wire, reconnection of capacitor with necessary size of copper wire, replacement of contactors, Relay, capacitors, indicating lamp, MCBs, thyristor module, CTs, auto manual switch, push button, SMPS, SCRs, cooling fan painting of APFC Panel, cleaning of dust inside the panel from electric blower, cleaning of contractors, repairing of broken door and panel repair by welding work relays junction points / connectors servicing overhauling of cooling fan complete testing of APFC relay including necessary setting with CTs load adjustment to match set the power factor in range between 0.96 to 0.99 complete all as directed and specified by Engr in Charge. Note:- (i) Replaced item shall be taken as supply only under respective items. (ii) Power Factor shall be maintained above 0.95 and report for two month shall be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE : (i) Rate for GI pipe / reducer/ any additional items required for making connection with existing pipe line and open well and submersible pump shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Existing pump shall be deposited to MES store yard.
