S&F mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall/ceilng boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

S&F 12mm thick Veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face; fixed in with screws to timber frame work as in wall paneling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE OF CABLE - Standard / PLAZA / HAVELLS & MAKE OF PVC CASING/CAPING - PRICISION/PRESSFIT/MODI. Note:- Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.
