Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) asbestos cement sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Stop valves/angle valve 15 mm bore fancy type, CP, cast copper alloy (min wt 575 gm) screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP Bib taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy (min wt 575 gm) with crtuch or butterfly handle,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, (min wt 665 gm) with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, Size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste chain & plug & porcelain stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers & waste; including bedding in CM to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets & connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for sinks made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or includingfixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern 10 litr capacity, low level, white, with intel, ball valve, float & handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for mirror of 5 to 6 mm thick glass with double coat of protection and longevity grounded edges for safety and silver plating on the back for better reflection including with stainless steel decorative fastener/studs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan of orissa pattern size 580mm 440 mm white with `p' or `S' trap, front or back inlet & integrated foot rests, including provision of cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60cm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, with grating and union for discharge pipe and PVC waste pipe, including making all connections to existing connections, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for brass chromium plated urinal spreader fancy type of approved quality fixing with 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including taking down old ball valve complete all as specified and as directed [Minimum weight for 20 mm – 210 gms] .

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, including taking down old PVC connection all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 meter lomg flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connection and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair CP grating of size 100 mm dia with/without waste hole complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs 32mm dia, 800mm long flexible PVC waste pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 above above but 1000 Ltrs capacity.

Supplying and fixing of CPVC pipes 20 or 25 mm dia (outer dia) SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessay clips/clamps including taking down old pipes dia of pipe up to 160 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 15 mm bore 2 way CP bib cock with wall flange complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including taking down of old u/s railing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet of approved colour inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing all as directed.

M&L granite of 18 to 20 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and moulding edges as directed including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 50 mm wide anti skid/anti slip heavy duty black and glow self adhesive tape of make- 3 M or equivalent fixing on slippery floor/staircase/ramp etc of approved colour and design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor, hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc and other similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismanting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/edge of floor etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 35 to 40 mm thick precast RCC Jallies of pattern as approved including frame, balusters, bressumers, kneelers, string courses fixing in any position with CM 1:4 including demolition of old jallies and thrown outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and finishing walls with two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with required shade over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for tensile cloth structure with wall thickness of steel not less than 0.5 mm weight of tensile cloth 700 to 1500 gm/sqm, with temperature resistant -50 to +70 (Degree celsius), Tensile strength (Wrap/Weft) 2400-4200 N/5CM, Tear strength (Wrap/Weft) 270-580 N, Fire rating B1/DIN 4102 (900g/Sqm), Wind load 169.2 Km/h with fire retarded tensile roof incl fabrication of structure in approved design fixing, priming of structure with primer and applying two coat of synthetic eamel paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. (ii) Covered area shall be measured for payment

S&F in repair for 12 mm thick WPC (wood polymer composit) board with CNC approved pattern/design cutting of approved colour with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position incl all necessary fittings, adhesive, sealent etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for Venetian blinds, vertical/horizontal type, 100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminum fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc., fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC / coolers exists including dismantling of old unserviceable venetian blinds, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium frame/shutter for doors, windows, ventilators,partition etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. including dismantling of u/s old partition as directed complete all as specified

Add extra for powder coating on above item No 53 (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of approved colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square exc 0.50 Sqm each in each pane including rubber beading for fixing of glass complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F in repair for 5 mm thick coloured ACP sheet cladding of approved colour over MS frame work or any other surfaces including making necessary arrangement for light, vertical , horizontal offset of any size/any pattern fix in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mirror polishing/Grinding on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish including joint filling with white cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone/granite etc of counters vanities, staircase, shelf etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete
