Schedule "A" Part - XIII [ARBORICULTURE]

Item No 1 :Supply and filling with general planting soil mix (Topsoil) to areas defined as soft cape comprising of Red earth (including fertilizers such as neemcake, cocopeat, DAP, termite control etc.), FYM and compost in the ratio 3:1:1 (3 parts sweet earth: 1 parts FYM: 1parts compost) as indicated in technical specifications, placed over the free draining sub-soil, flood with water till saturation, filling more earth as necessary after settlement, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc complete all as directed.

Item No 2 :Supplying and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass/Korean grass turf with earth 50 mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and then rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and naintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, complete all as directed.

Item No 3 :Supply, plantation and developing of Foxtail Palm plant [height of plant not less than 2 metre above ground level and of age 30 Days] with proportional girth (25cm to 35 cm) , evergreen and shaddy species including preparation of ground upto 600mm deep and of size 600 X 600mm and filling of good earth [3 Parts], Cow dung and Vermi-Compost [1 Part] and watering etc. complete all as directed.

Item No 4 : Supply and planting of Day queen jasmine of height, spread and growth as per specifications, for planting (low hedge 50cm to boundary of planter) in 20cm container size and >30cm height, plants must be healthy showing multiple branches with consistent signs of growth and free from disease. Apply a slow release fertilizer at time of planting complete all as directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

Item No 37 : Design,supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Roof TOP solar photo voltaic power plant 15KWp on Girls Hostel and allied Infrastructure for Girl Cadets in Sainik School Korukonda Visakhapatnam with power evacuation at 415V, 3 Phase 4 Wire system including connected civil works such as foundation, structural frame work etc. complete all as per guidelines / norms issued by MNRE & Indian Meteorological Deptt viz solar radiation data, direct normal irradiance, global horizontal irradiance etc complete in all respect comprising the following:- (A) SOLAR PHOTO VOLTAIC MODULES: Each solar PV modules shall be poly crystalline type, of wattage minimum 335 Wp. The module efficiency shall be more than 16.99% at standard test conditions. Modules will be with anti reflective coating and anti dust coating. These will confirm to IEC 61215-Edition II ,IEC-61730 (Part I & II) and IEC-61701 and all other applicable IEC/IS standards. Note:(i) Solar module and SPV cells used in the module will essentially be indigeneously manufactured in India (ii). PV modules shall be warrented for minimum 25years (iii) PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity not less than 90 % at the end of 10 years and not less than 80% at the end of 25 years. (iv) PV module shall be tested by any MNRE approved laboratory. (Solar PV modules- Maximum - 45 Nos) Make :TATA/PANASONIC/EMMVEE/ADANI/VIKRAM SOLAR /RENEWSYS

(B) RFID : Each PV module must use a RF identification tag mandatorily placed inside the module laminate, which must contain the following information :- (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture(separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module) (v) I-V curve for the module (vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module (vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module (viii) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate (x) Other relevant information on traceability of module as per ISO 9000 series.

(C) Solar PV module GI frame work and Dead Weight : Modular mounting structure(MMS), fabricated from pre coated mild Steel / hot dipped Galvanized Iron section of suitable size with oppropriate & optimum tilt angle according to site requirment to achieve maximum benefit of solar energy and suitable to withstand total 200 KM/Hr wind speed with sufficient quantum of Dead Load Fly Ash/PCC Brick/Block of total weight of Minimum 2700 Kg as per Structural deign data complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- (a). Module mounting structure may require to be customized with respect to the site availability. (b)The contractor shall submit structural design on Stad- Pro based on Wind load of 200 kmph on the surface of the panel, live load and dead load of structure with solar panel & seismic zone of Chennai. Any deflection to the mounting structure shall be as per IS 800:2007 (c) Minimum thickness of galvanization should be at least 600 gsm. Test certificate of galvanization shall be submitted by contractor. (d) The structure will not be grouted on the roof and roof will not be damaged in any way during the installation, Any unintended damage done to water proofing/roof structure during installation shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost as directed by GE.

(D) Inter connection of Solar PV modules, Connection from Solar PV Modules to DC Control Box and Connection from DC Control Box to Inverter : DC cable single core 6 sqmm copper, XLPE insulated, flexible conductor cable conforming to relevant IS code, weather proof, UV resistant, rated voltage 1100V grade including suitable type of copper lugs, suitable required qty of male & female MC4 connectors (M-10, F-10) & joints etc including Aluminim raceway for cable all complete as specifed and directed. (O) MCCB enclosure: Floor/Wall mounted vermin proof, MCCB enclosure with suitable capacity MCCB with space for mounting at least 2 meters . Fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick. (P) M&L for civil works required for SPV panel supports , control box, invertor fixing etc complete all as specifed and directed. NOTES:- (i) The contractor will have 5 year Defect Liabillity period after completion of the work. During the DLP of 05 years the contractor will ensure generation of Minimum Average units (4 Units/KW/Day). Contractor rep and GE rep will make a joint inspection of plant on monthly basis and monthly summary of plant production will be jointly signed. (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of Registration fees and commissioning charges to State Electricity supplying agency Including to take licence of Chief Electrical Inspectorate of SEB and CEA (Central regulatory authority) including all other connected misc charges i.e APEPDCL for obtaining no objection certificate for commissioning 15KW solar power plant at Sainik School Korukonda Visakhapatnam., if any. (ALL costs of SEB & CEA Registrations and approvals are deemed to be included in the contract rates)

(iii) Qualifying Criterion : The Bidder should have the following experience;- (a) Successfully completed Installation , Testing and commissioning of cumulative capacity of 100 KW solar plant. (b) Certificates of Client satisfaction. (c) Bidder should have valid registration as Electrical Contractor. (iv) The contractor shall carry out Shadow Analysis at the site and accordingly design strings & arrays layout considering optimal usage of space, material and labour. The contractor should submit the array layout drawings along with Shadow Analysis Report to AGE(I) for approval. (v) Drawings : The Contractor shall furnish the following details for approval prior to the commencement of the work :- (a) General arrangement and dimensioned layout. (b) Schematic drawing of the plant showing the SV panels, Power conditioning inverter, Junction Boxes, AC and DC Distribution Boards, meters etc. (c) Structural drawing of the mounting structure. (d) Layout of solar Power Arrays and strings (e) Shadow analysis of the roof

(vi) On completion of project contractor shall provide Two sets of following : (a) Structural drawings. (b) Electrical drawings. (c) O&M manuals of each equipment showing complete technical data sheet including deatils of specifications and makes. (d) Details of synchronization equipment and protection equipment. (vii) Design of solar power plant to be vetted by NISE or independent agency approved by MNRE. (viii) Display Board: The contractor to put up a display board of suitable size and type of material at the project site mentioning the following: Plant Name, Capacity, Location, Date of commissioning, Warranty details, CA no., MES Office, Power generation, Name of the contractor, Contact number for Maintenanace, etc. (ix) Test Reports / Certificates of PV Modules, Solar cells and Invertor to be submitted by the contractor.

Item No 65 : Supply and laying of 4 Core 10 sqmm XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 V grade UG cable with multistranded aluminium conductor in trenches/wall/pipe/floor with suitable cable glands,aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified with Modifications of existing LT Panel for connection complete for input from Solar PV plant all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No 38 : Construction of Valve Chamber of size 450 X 450 X 600 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Brickwork with old size Fly Ash Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6, 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 5 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil off the premises complete all as directed.

Item No 39 : Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 4 mm GI Wire [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 15 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

EARTH WORK

Item No 41 : Supply only Moorum/red bajri, good earth (from outside MoD land) and bringing to the site filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering. complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.
