Development of Tubewell with 150 psi, 300 cfm Air-compressor and 2.5 cusec discharge capacity Vertical Turbine pump and carrying out step-drawdown test, yield test, verticality test and other tests as per prescribed method and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including arranging, installing all equipments and testing instruments as required at site and dismantling the same after successful completion of tests, all complete. Depth beyond 120 metre and up to 200 metre.

Making slots of 75 mm x 1.60 mm size with a minimum clearance of 4.70 mm in between two adjacent slots over the outer surface of 219 mm OD ERW pipes (to be issued departmentally) in 10(ten) rows (each row consisting of 96 slots) per metre length of ERW pipe with a clearance of 25 mm in between two rows as per drawing and specification including smoothening the edges after slotting, cost of transportation of ERW pipes from Departmental Store to Workshop and back to drilling site, loading, unloading and carrying by head-load where necessary both ways, all complete.

Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline aquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports, compiled data and raw data sheets should be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge (Cost is inclusive of all charges for equipments,labour, data aquisition & compilation of data sheets as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including completion of data.)

Mobilisation charges for transporting upto site including loading, unloading of all plants, machineries & equipments required for drilling, development and testing of Tubewells and also the cost of construction temporary roads over field and/or culverts, repairing existing roads and/or culverts all complete, carrying materials on head load, carts or boats as the case may be :- For sites up to any distance beyond 4 km from all weather metal road.

PART B:-Repairing of pump house: Earthwork inexcavationof foundation trenches or drains, inall sorts of soil (includingmixed soil but excluding lateriteor sandstone) including removing, Spreading or stacking the spoils with in a lead of 75m. as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Repairing of leakages in color joints of R.C.C pipe line by opening the joints fully by chipping out the old mortar, cleaning the pipe recesses and collar properly, and there after positioning and leveling the pipes and collar, filling the annular space of joints with jute breading dipped in cement slurry and grouting with 1:2 cement mortar mixed with approved quality water proofing compound ( 5 % by wt. of cement ) and curing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 225 mm dia. Bailing out of water from excavated trenches that comes out from the leakages/burst pipe line during repairing works of minor / major leakages and replacement of damaged R.C.C. pipe/tee/bend and chockage clearance of R.C.C pipe line etc. by means of bucket or any other means necessary and to make the excavated trenches suitable for repairing works etc. of pipe line.

Heavy duty clamp as per IS-1239 (Part-I)/2004 with latest ammendments thereof, Galv-4736 in two halves made up of M.S.flat for holding 150 mm dia column pipe , thickness of the clamp is 12 mm, width of the clamp is 150 mm, extended length of arm is 200 mm, space between rows is 100mm, space between bolts in a row is 75 mm equally spaced from the centre line of the arm, dia of of bolt is 16 mm, the gap between the arms of clamp and pipe assembly before tightening should be between 6 mm to 10 mm, two rows of bolts having two nos of bolts of 16 mm size in each row shall be provided on either side of the clamp. In oter words there shall be altogether 4 rows of bolts with the provision of 8 nos of bolts withnuts, spring and flat washer.

Supply of 90° G.I. M.S. long bend made from 150 mm (NB) single pieces black steel tube ( medium) wall thickness 4.8 mm manufactured by means of electro resistance welding Bolt and both end welded with standard flange of thickness 16 mm OD 285 mm with 8 nos equally spaced 16 mm dia hole ERW pipe should conform to IS 1239 (Part-I)/ 1990 with latest ammendments thereof Galv-4736. Both Bend and flange are duly ISI certification marked as per Annexure-H.

M.S. Hexagonal Head Bolt & Nuts conforming to IS:1363(Part-3)/1992 of product Grade-C with latest ammendments for nuts properties/class for Bolt-4,6&for Nut-4,5 Nuts are to be duly ISI certification marked.

Supply of 150mm dia. Rubber insertion 5mm thick with proper reinforcement 2 ply conforming to IS:638/79 with latest ammendments duly ISI marked suitable for raised surface of M.S. flange as per IS:6392/71.

Supply of 150 mm NB Galvanised M.S. Column Pipe as per IS-1239 (Part-I)/2004 with latest ammendments thereof, Galv-4736 with one end welded with non-standard and other end welded with standard flange (3 Mtr. long) TOP. ( Thickness of pipe = 5.4 mm and flange thickness = 16 mm.)

Supply of 150 mm NB Galvanised M.S. Column Pipe as per IS-1239 (Part-I)/2004 with latest ammendments thereof, Galv-4736 with both end welded non standard flange (3 Mtr. long) MIDDLE.( Thickness of pipe = 5.4 mm and flange thickness = 16 mm.)

Supply of 150 mm NB Galvanised M.S. Column Pipe as per IS-1239 (Part-I)/2004 with latest ammendments thereof, Galv-4736 with one end screwed and other end welded with non standard flange (3 Mtr. long) BOTTOM.( Thickness of pipe = 5.4 mm and flange thickness = 16 mm.)

ISI marked sluice valve pressure designation PN 1.6 with hand wheel for water works purpose, C.I flange type conforming to IS 14846/2000 with amendments nos. 1 & 2 components/parts of sluice valves shall be manufactured from basic materials given in table 1 of IS 14846/2000 with amendments 1&2. The valves should be tested for (closed end test) against hydrostatic test requirement. 150 mm nominal size (PD).

MS Surge Tank . the body of which made of 3mm thick MS sheet and Top and Bottom cover are made of 5 mm thick MS sheet welded with the body and strengthened with ribs. etc All joints must be electrically welded to a leak-proof condition and joints must be capable of withstanding pressure of 50 psi. The Surge Tank should be fitted with all accessoriesas specified in the drawing. Entire Surge Tank is to be painted both inside and outside over a coat of priming.

Motor as per IS 9283/1995 with latest amendments thereof & Pump as per IS: 8034/2002, with latest amendments thereof. H.P – 20, NRV 6”.
