PART:A:Drilling of D.T.W. (350 MM X 200 MM) N.B. Drilling of bore hole 55.88 cm dia through any kind of soil by adopting any method of drilling (By Direct or Reverse Circulation Rotary Rig) upto required depth including digging trenches and pits etc. all complete. Upto 30 metres below G.L.

Supplying 150 mm dia. Heavy duty clamp as per IS-1239 (Part-I)/2004 with latest ammendments thereof, Galv-4736 in two halves made up of M.S.flat for holding 150 mm dia column pipe , thickness of the clamp is 12 mm, width of the clamp is 150 mm, extended length of arm is 200 mm, space between rows is 100mm, space between bolts in a row is 75 mm equally spaced from the centre line of the arm, dia of of bolt is 16 mm, the gap between the arms of clamp and pipe assembly before tightening should be between 6 mm to 10 mm, two rows of bolts having two nos of bolts of 16 mm size in each row shall be provided on either side of the clamp. In oter words there shall be altogether 4 rows of bolts with the provision of 8 nos of bolts withnuts, spring and flat washer.
Supply of 90° G.I. M.S. long bend made from 150 mm (NB) single pieces black steel tube ( medium) wall thickness 4.8 mm manufactured by means of electro resistance welding Bolt and both end welded with standard flange of thickness 16 mm OD 285 mm with 8 nos equally spaced 16 mm dia hole ERW pipe should conform to IS 1239 (Part-I)/ 1990 with latest ammendments thereof Galv-4736. Both Bend and flange are duly ISI certification marked as per Annexure-H.
M.S. Hexagonal Head Bolt & Nuts conforming to IS:1363(Part-3)/1992 of product Grade-C with latest ammendments for nuts properties/class for Bolt-4,6&for Nut-4,5 Nuts are to be duly ISI certification marked.
Supply of 150mm dia. Rubber insertion 5mm thick with proper reinforcement 2 ply conforming to IS:638/79 with latest ammendments duly ISI marked suitable for raised surface of M.S. flange as per IS:6392/71.

ISI marked sluice valve pressure designation PN 1.6 with hand wheel for water works purpose, C.I flange type conforming to IS 14846/2000 with amendments nos. 1 & 2 components/parts of sluice valves shall be manufactured from basic materials given in table 1 of IS 14846/2000 with amendments 1&2. The valves should be tested for (closed end test) against hydrostatic test requirement. 150 mm nominal size (PD).

Motor as per IS 9283/1995 with latest amendments thereof & Pump as per IS: 8034/2002, with latest amendments thereof. H.P – 20, NRV 6”.
