M&L for providing Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick (using water proofing compound) for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 screed bed under floor finishes complete all as directed. Note : Water proofing compound to be paid seperately.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately.

M&L Providing & laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.60 Kg/sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved, consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture, of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standard practise as per manufacturer`s instructions including complete removal of old membrane/treatment. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under :- (1). Joints strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650 /450N/5 Cms. (2) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250/5 Cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 Degree C. Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147). (3) The Laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of manufacturer of membrane only.
