Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr (100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation. trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete in ratio of 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement All work above plinth level in ratio of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per instruction of engineer incharge

Mild steel bars reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Class M-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in 6 foundation and plinth including material all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

15mm thick plaster with cement & C sand of 1.25FM. mortar in 1:4 7 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Supply and filling in plinth with sand under floor, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm hick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, nent, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, 10 Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge
