CLEANING/REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE AND DRAIN, PATHWAY AND OTHER MISC WORK AT RESIDENTIAL KWC AREA, PETTY REPAIR TO B/R NATURE WORKS JOINERY, PLUMBING WORK, ROOF TREATMENT ETC IN VARIOUS KWC LABS AND REPAIR/MAINT OF LT PANELS, LT UG CABLES AND CERTAIN ALL

Cleaning & clearing manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning, clearing of manholes. Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, upto 150mm dia sewage lines complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage in between two manholes spacing upto 18 meters of underground sewage line of any type and size upto 200 mm dia by means of mechanical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept. A trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine for the execution of item shall have to be provided by the contractor. Blocked material, slugging obtained during execution of this item shall be removed from the site through trolly mounted motor out of defence land. Sewage line between existing two manholes shall be flushed with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum type machine suitably mounted on HCV having facilities of hydraulic applications with suitable size of nozzle pipes. Item shall be executed by the contractor upto satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. No extra claim, whatsoever shall be entertained at any stage. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of septic tank any size including cleaning and taking out mud/ sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) from septic tanks by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the Sludge / Sludge water disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Maintenance of sewage system SGSW/PVC(SWR)/NP2 pipe including Nahani / floor traps, Soil / waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fittings, bends, junctions etc, Gully traps, manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes upto soak well/Municipal drain of sewage system complete in perfect running / flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system including cleaning the floor trap, gully trap,IWC,EWC Wash basin, Urinal pots,bottle trap, in kitchen, lobby, bath room, toilets at any height of floor (Maximum G+7 Floor) including pipe line up to the first manhole including maintaining of drain (Bricks / PCC) in running condition by removing all surplus spoil in entire KWC residntial area (inside and outside area of all KWC area) under GE (I) R&D delhi, complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall deploy minimum 2 safaiwala solely for the maintenance of sewage system against this item alongwith necessary tools and will be required to report AGE B/R office KWC area to collect the complaint slip from concrened JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements. These Safaiwala / Mazdoor shall not be deployed for any works other than the scope catered for in this item. For the work considered against other items of this Schedule the contractor shall deploy separate safaiwala / mazdoor in addition to the safaiwala /mazdoor deployed against this item. (ii) Rate also includes for necesary tools and plants which is required for execution of item i.e cleaning rod, buckets, bamboos sticks, Kashi etc (iii) Sludge slurry / sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land. (iv) Solid waste / sludge / silt deposited in the manholes which can not be removed by rodding, shall be ordered under respective item of this schedule and paid accordingly.

Desilting and cleaning of open drains of any section manually including desilting soild/semi solid materials of any type vegetation growth and removal of sludge upto a distance exc 5.00 KM but n exc 10 KM from the edges of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Clearning of roofs i.e. removal of vegetables, roots, removal of blockage from mouth of rain water pipes and rubbish off from premises, brooming etc. up to height of (G+7) storey buildings complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes not exc 10cm girth and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50 m and cleaning site complete all as specified.

Excavation as in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/Malba to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 20 KM depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Providing and laying of a 75x75mm coping with polymer modified mortar at floor wall joints wherever necessary. (c) Providing and applying one coat of Asian paint smart care repair polymer or equivalent in Pidilite/fosroc/sika mixed with cement in ratio of 1:2 over the entire clean and prepared surface as a sealer coat. (d) Supplying and applying two component of asian paints smart care ultra block 2k or equivalent in pidilite/fosroc/sika acrylic polymer modified high performance coating system, brush applied, membrane with an elongation of >220% and tensile strength of 1.72MPa as per ASTM D 2370:2016,crack bridging ability of 3mm as per EN 1062-7:2004,no leakage upto a 5 bars of water pressure. The system includes final base preparation, applying the coating in two coats with a total consumption of 2.25kg/sqm.(e) providing and laying 25mm thick cement sand plaster admixed with integral water proofing compound @200ml per bag of cement(1cement:4sand) flollwed by neat cement punning. Note: Water pounding test shall be carried out for 48 hrs.

Removing existing hot & cold water copper/PVC flexible pipe connection from geyser and S&F new brass chromium plated water pipe with brass nut and washers of good quality about 45cm long in hot & cold water connections and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of heating elements spiral /circular type 1.5 kW for 25ltrs capacity geyser, the heating element should be as per specified geyser any type ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of thermo static switch of geyser complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj/Theta or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Fancy type Bib tap of cast copper alloy with crutch screwed down, screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated copper (flexible) conductor 2.5 Sqmm 3 core and connected to geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Welding with new brass studs for holding of heating element with replacement of suitable element holding clamps-3 nos complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting the leakage from geyser and arresting the same by brazing/soldering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix NRV of 15mm dia cast iron all as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anchor fastning of suitable size for fixing geyser after dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F water heater outer cover suitable for 25ltrs. Capacity of existing make including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Including copper strip 25x5mm not more than 7.5 meters complete all as specifeid and testing on completion with & including followings :- (a) PCC earth pit 30x30x30 cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 including RCC pit cover 25mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia TMT bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover. (b) Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm angle iron for 30x30cm PCC pit for holding the pit cover. (c) Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw - 02 Nos.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip shall be laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm. (GI Funnel should properly be tightened on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia mild steel TMT bars suitable for carrying of pit cover.
