Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as directed

Supply and filling of earth brought from outside MD land including spread, levelled, watering, consolidation, ramming and compacted in layers not exc 25cm in thick to modified proctor density of 95% by rolling with 8 to 10 ton power roller and finished complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) The earth shall be brought from outside MD land and shall be got approved by GE before incorporation in the work. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for transportation, royalties, taxes as applicable. (iii) 5% deduction shall be made from the measured & calculted volume of earth to allow for increase in the bulk.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M & L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts for fencing, average sectional area not exc 100 Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as directed

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, binders complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 4mm dia PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm including line wires fixed with any standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of neeesary binding wire complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directetd.

S & F mild steel work as in hand rails, wind ties, fencing posts and struts, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing, etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.
