INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient, 10 Watts B-22 bore LED Lamp working at 230 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested design verified as per IS/ IEC - 61439-1 & 2, by CPRI approved manufacturers, LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame 7 tank proceed, duly powder coated finish ,thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 05 Nos Outgoing :- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz - 05 Nos Note:- Contractor shall sumit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix RCCB of 2 pole SPN as per IS 12640 -1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity, of 32 A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 100 mm (4") bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-9, including specials, conforming to IS: 8329/ 2000 suitable for rubber gasket jointing/ tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound techinque and necessary machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 120 x 120 x 120 cm size internal size including earth work, PCC foundation 1:4:8 of thickness 15cm under masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete with MS angle Iron frame 40mm x 6 mm and MS cover 3.0 mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements and holdfast including plastering of internal wall surfaces with cement mortar of 1:4 of thickness 10mm and coping on top of brick masonry with PCC 1:2:4 and 20mm grade stone aggregate with thickness 7.5cm including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commisioning in replacement of LT panel duly powder coated of suitable size outdoor cubical type factory made, weather & vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm (outdoor type) thick machine pressed CPRI approved with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete and suitable for 415 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 strip having insulated copper bus bar 250 Amps from pole with openable double shutter on both sides (rear and front side) with locking arrangment duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with proper size copper lugs/ thimbless and connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bended and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including the following accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Incoming: (i) MCCB 100 Amps, four pole with fixed thermal magnetic release, 415 V AC supply, having rupturing capacity 25 KA -01 No Outgoing:- (ii) MCCB 63 Amps, three pole with fixed thermal magnetic release, 415 volts having rupturing capacity 16 KA - 03 Nos (iii) MCB 40 Amps, SPN 230 Volt 10 KA - 02 Nos. (iv) Indicating lamps set RYB - 01 Set (v) Ammeter Digital type 0-200 Amp with necessary CTs - 01 Nos (vi) Voltmeter Digital type 0-500 Volts - 01 Nos

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound techinque and necessary machine including provision of 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade for drawing underground cable etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
