Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Sites and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove debris complete.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, finishing Plastered Surfaces even and smooth complete

Cutting hole in brick wall/concrete surface upto height of 4.00m including replacement of defective parts causing seepage & sealing with Aqua Epoxy Compound, making good disturbed to match with existing surface incl PCC 1:2:4 type B - 0 and cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repair Vitreous China White Wash Down Water Closet Pan (Pedestal Pattern) with Trap and Fixing Bolts (excluding Flushing Cistern and Flush Pipe) including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to Flushing Pipe, Anti-syphonage Pipe, etc. and Making Good to Floor /distrubed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan cascade type incl connecting to drain and water supply system complete.

S&F in repair plastic water closet seat,white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China White Squatting Pan, ‘ORISSA’ Pattern of size 580x440 mm with Integral Foot Rests, incluiding connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe,.etc complete making good to Floor/Distrubed Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in repair 10 ltr capacity low level PVC valvess flushing cistern white complete all as specified and as directed.
