The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

15 (Fifteen) millimeters thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 (Eighty) millimeters in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4(One cement: Four sand)as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all iincidential charges. Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed by Engineer-incharge and disposing of all excavated earth at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all etc. complete as per H.P. PWD.
