Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall own or have lawful access to the required category of vehicles and shall produce valid Registration Certificates (RC), Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Permit, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate, wherever applicable.

All vehicles supplied shall be in good running condition, properly maintained, clean, and suitable for official use.

Drivers provided with the vehicles shall possess a valid driving licence for the relevant category of vehicle and have adequate driving experience.

The bidder shall be responsible for the proper maintenance, servicing, repair, insurance, permits, taxes, and all other statutory compliances relating to the vehicles.

The successful bidder shall be capable of supplying a replacement vehicle immediately in the event of breakdown, accident, maintenance, or any other operational failure.

The bidder shall agree to abide by all the terms and conditions specified in the tender document and agreement.
