Mushroom Cropping/Growth Area of external Dimensions 40’x18’x16’/14’ (Lx B x H) and Packing Area of Dimensions 15’x12’x12’ (LxBxH). (The actual size may however vary by +/- 10% as per site conditions) (Complete scope of work see from SBD)

Clearing of site by employing labour, tool and tackle and leveling of ground by employing men and machinery for start of work. The job includes labour cost, hire charges of tools and tackles, machinery and taxes as applicable

Site Preparation Earthwork in excavation by manual means over area for leveling purpose including disposal of excavated earth up to 50m from cutting edge and should be disposed in near-by all kind of soil

Providing and laying of cement concrete (1:5:10) using 40mm nominal size nallah stone. plinth work =134’-0”x1’-6”x0’-6’’= 100.5ft3 Floor area=40’-0”x18’-0”x6”+15’-0”x12’-0”x6”= 450ft3 Foundation for columns = 10(2’-6”x2’-6”x0’-6”) = 31.25ft3 Total = 581.75ft3 = 16.47m3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level wit1:2:4 (one cement: Two coarse sand: Four Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal in size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars for flooring 10mm bar of length 1800’ = 548.64 mtr = @ 0.617 kg per metre = 338.51 kg

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 4.6.1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns Area=2x158’x1’+10x4x1’-6x2’+1’6”x6”=436.75ft2=40.57m2 SCH-4.6.1

12 mm cement plaster to plinth wall of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Area=2x158’x1’=316ft2=29.35m2

Cement concrete flooring and foundation as per the site requirement 1:2:4(1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of noising of steps complete0 50mm thick 20mm size stone aggregate.) Floor area=40’x18’+15’x13’=915ft2= 85.00 m2

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting, hosting, applying a priming coat using structural steel. In gratings, frames, guard bard, ladders, railings etc. 6 No. of trusses including primer and enamel paint including nut bolts, kingpost, struts etc.

PCC Ramp, Pavement and other allied civil works Construction of drains, Providing and laying of 100 mm drain outlet for water in cropping room during cleaning, providing and fixing of printed vinyl sheet of size 4 ftx6ft x 3mm thick on outer wall of main shed as per the requirement of intending deppt. and shall be intimated separately.

MS Racks for Cultivation of Mushrooms:- Design, Supply, Fabrication and Installation at site of MS Racks for placing of Compost bags for cultivation of Mushrooms in the cropping and packing area. The racks shall be fabricated along the periphery of inner two walls of the shed as well as in the center area of the cultivated room

CLOSED STRUCTURE/PUF PANEL ROOM:- Supply and installation at site of Prefabricated PUF (Poly-Urethane Foam) Panels of size 60 mm thick Fire proof Panels for walls (PPGI finish on both sides) and 70 /100 mm thick Color Coated Corrugated PPGI sheet for Roof to make a closed structure on the outer frame.

MACHINES DESCRIPTION AND ALLIED ACCESSORIES Refrigeration Unit:- SITC of refrigerant unit of capacity 5.5 TR -02nos (One working + One standby) (420V/3Ph/50Hz) for maintaining a temperature of 13 ˚C to 25˚C (or as per requirement of end user) around the year. The unit shall comprise of two machines one working and one standby with following features.

Fresh air Damper /Blower/ Ducts/Plenum:- Supply and installation of air mixing chamber inside the cultivation room, Aluminum Damper for CO2 exhaust, fresh air damper system and return air as per site requirement. The Job includes SITC of blowers of requisite specifications as per OEM design along with all allied accessories

Split AC for Packing Area:- SITC Of 1 no. 1.5 ton split AC along with voltage stabilizer of capacity 5KVA of reputed make in the packing area. The job also includes P/F of Split AC along with all other allied accessories like cooper cable, MCB ,Outdoor stand etc. required for the execution of the job.

Main Distribution Panel and cables:- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of main distribution panel for proper Distribution of the load for both units (1-working and 1-Standby Air Conditioning System) and other allied electrical Equipments

Monoblock pump for fresh water supply: Providing and fitting of 0.5 Hp Mono block Self Priming Pump of reputed make for supply of water inside the room as and when required. It also Includes providing, fitting and laying of pipes of requisite sizes along with minimum three nos taps along with one roll of rubber pipe with all kind of fittings required for the execution of job.

Electrical fittings: The job includes electric fittings along with embedding of PVC conduits in the walls with multi stranded electric cables with switch boxes and switch boards/Sockets/Switches/MCB’s of requisite amperage suitable for Refrigeration system/AC’s, Stabilizer, Blowers, Monoblock pump, Vapor proof LED Lights, LED flood lights of suitable watts including chemical earthling of all electrical items. Complete job includes cost of material and labor charges for the execution of job.
