Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of shuttering and centring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size)

Bick work with common burnt clay F.PS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth label up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1.6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand )

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm mud mortar, including filing joints with sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single of half brick wall of mix: 1:4 ( 1cement :4 fine sand )

15mm cement plaster of half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tube etc) trusses etc including cutting, fixing, hoisting in positions and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding, bolted with special shaped washer etc complete

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and fixing welded steel wire mesh 25x25mm 10 Gauge, painted with two are more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised profile iron sheet 0.50mm (0.05%, total coated thickness with zinc coating 120gm/sqm as per IS, 277,in 240mpa steel grade 5-7 micron epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size 5.5x55 mm with EPDM seal complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlin, rafter and trusses including the cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain G S sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G I limpet and bitumen washer complete

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M S Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M S gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fitting complete, including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of steel primer. Using flats 30 x 6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Reinforce cement concrete work in wall (any thickness) including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc. Above plinth level up to floor five level excluding the cost of cantering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 4 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting bending, placing in position and binding all complete in mild steel and medium tensile steel bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights in suspended floors , roofs landing, balconies and access platform, columns etc.

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shed on new work (two are more coats) with a base coat of white washing with lime.
