Dismantling and taking down security light, street light, hanger light, flood light and high mast lights of any type at any height fittings such as HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED light any make and any type/size etc. AC 230 volts any wattage from pole/wall roof top/hanger roof including washing/cleaning of perplex cover inspection for location of fault and replacing of defective spare/parts required for smooth functioning, tighting of electric connection complete and assembling and reconnecting all as per site requirment all as specified and directed. Note: Defective spare/ part of relevant light fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only here in after.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately).

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XPLE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc, Note : (i) Earth work, sand , bricks removing , returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Note: (i) The quoted rate shall include making of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall include the repairing of coping with cement/PCC and making good.

Material & Labour one coat cement base paint on PCC pole 9 mtr including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide on cross arms bracing supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes making of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement/PCC.

Material and labour for spraying chemical (Round up) on area to remove unwanted vegitation/grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge

The JB shall be rated for degree of Ingress protection IP 66/67 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670 –22 & IEC 60670 – 2-5. The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. For better safety the polycarbonate shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL subject 94 for flammability V-2. It should be tested at glow wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including 6 amp MCB and mounting clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32 Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. Supply and fixing in replacement cable route indicator or cable joint mark for 1100 volts made out of mild steel 100mm dia 6mm thick plate welded to 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron 50 cm long embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block of size of 150mm x 200mm x 200mm including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not welded, bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer to the bracket all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick - 02 No for each including painting with two coats aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour epoxy brushable insulated compound used as insulation material in electrical poles, stays and other electrical appliances etc, the inslulation compound to produce void free insulation around the components including removing rusted particles, painting with two coats of epoxy brushable insulated compound over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be included for all types of adhesive which will be used in insulated compound to ready for paint.

Material and Labour insulation cover for overhead conductor of medium voltage wrap around line cover to provide retrofit insulation for overhead conductors to prevant electrical fault caused by trees or wildlife coming in the contact of distribution lines from high quality non tracking polyolefin material. Installation shall be easy by using the split insulation tube tool complete all as specified and directed. Note: Accessories of insulation for OH Lines shall be included in quoted rates.
