Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) as in backing coat for fixing wall tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300mm, 25mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles in floor/ skirting complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5cu.m., getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc. 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface in in any type of soil all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses, posts etc. including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS. 1161-1979 grade St-240 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe.410-W. (Gde-E-250, Quality-A) complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, any dia/ length all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel/ iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel/ iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring/ hard standing all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in flooring/ hard standing finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for River sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified. [Note: Thickness after consolidation shall be considered for payment]

Supply and laying 80mm thick machine pressed coloured precast concrete M-40 grade, interlocking Paver Blocks, PVC mould reflective type conforming to IS - 15658 of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), quality-A all as specified.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.
