Procurement of Standard calibration weights for wagon tippler

The bidder shall be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer/supplier of standard calibration weights conforming to NABL accreditation requirements and shall have successfully supplied standard calibration weights of 200 kg block and above capacity during the last five financial years (2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22 and 2020-21) to Thermal Power Plants (210 MW and above), Coal Handling Plants (CHP), major industrial weighment installations, Government Departments, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The bidder shall upload copies of Purchase Orders as documentary evidence issued by the Chief Engineer / Project Head / Competent Authority for orders of value Rs 18.75 Lakhs or above (either a single purchase order or multiple purchase orders not exceeding two) in any two of the preceding five years from the date of notification.

The bidder shall have achieved in his name/firm an average annual turnover of Rs. 38.00 lakhs in at least two financial years in previous five years i.e., 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22 and 2020-21. As a proof of this the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant.
